KES PTA

Our first ever Bring Your Dad to School Day was a tremendous success!  We were so impressed with the astounding dad turn out and can’t wait to see what next year brings.  Thank you to the staff and teachers who helped with this amazing event.  And thank you to all the dad’s who made the effort to be there and made the committment to their childs education by signing the Strong Dad Pledge!  Be sure to also thank the Kyle Starbucks for donating the coffee when you stop in there next!

Tomorrow is Friday and it’s time for a Sock Hop. So break out those poodle skirts, leather jackets and crazy socks!! See you at Kyle Elementary School tomorrow(09.16) at 6:30pm. Free for KES PTA members and $3 each for Future Members. Join at the door for $6 and the whole family gets in for FREE!

School has snuck up on us – where did summer go?? 

School starts Monday and there are alot of fun things happening.  Make sure you check our site often for school and PTA events. 

Things kick off tomorrow, 08/18/11, with Back to School Night.

6:00 – 6:45  PTA will be set up in front of the school – be sure to stop by and become a member before going in the school. Membership is $6 per adult and has a great value for the family.  PTA members get into all PTA events for free and get many discounts through Texas PTA.

6:30 – 7:30 Meet the teacher and see the kiddos new classroom.  Have your kids show you around the school.  And don’t worry you don’t need to be in the class at 6:30, there is no schedule.  PTA will be in the Cafe’ during this time, so if you missed us out front, you can join us here!

7:30 – Head over to the Cafe’ for a meet the principal session!  Our new principal, Mrs. Conlee can’t wait to meet all the new students and parents.

We look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow night, as we kick off our new school year.
